At the Circular Innovation Hub, we are committed to fostering innovation and collaboration for a sustainable future. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower individuals and organizations to transition from traditional linear economic models to circular economies, where resources are reused, regenerated, and kept in a closed loop.
Our lab provides a dynamic platform for research and the development of circular economic solutions. By utilizing virtual environments, we create an inclusive space for students, professionals, SMEs, and communities to explore sustainable practices and drive impactful changes.
We offer engaging educational experiences, including courses and workshops that delve into the principles of the circular economy. Our focus on innovation allows us to promote projects that rethink how we design and consume goods sustainably, fostering collaborations between academia, industry, and policymakers to address real-world challenges.
Building a community of circular economy advocates is central to our vision. We aim to create an environment where ideas can flow freely, and successful strategies can be shared and scaled. Our work also highlights practical solutions that demonstrate the benefits of circular practices.

Education and training
Through the Virtual Lab, t2i will promote courses, workshops, and webinars focused on sustainability and the circular economy, already part of t2i offering
Information
Through the Virtual Lab, t2i will share valuable information by posting and reposting articles, news, and a periodic newsletter. This will keep participants updated on the latest developments in sustainability, circular economy, and other relevant topics. The Virtual Lab will also promote initiatives for new funded projects, providing participants with opportunities to explore and engage in upcoming funding calls.
Assessment
A consulting service for SMEs, already in operation, will be promoted and further enhanced with the tools tested during the CIRCOTRONIC project.
Community
The Virtual Lab will be designed as a community space where participants can interact and promote themselves, fostering networking opportunities. It will serve as a platform for engaging with other interested stakeholders, exchanging best practices, sharing results, and creating partnerships for follow-up projects
Promotion
Through the Virtual Lab, local, regional, national, and international initiatives will be highlighted and promoted to showcase best practices and share successful results.
Advocacy
Advocacy initiatives at all levels (from local to international) will be featured to encourage community involvement and contribution. T2i is committed to participating in advocacy initiatives through its political channels; by promoting these initiatives, T2i/the community aim to gain a stronger political influence to address challenges effectively.
